Terms and conditions
These terms govern use of the Solittari storefront and orders placed for delivery within Kuwait.
Using the storefront
By using the storefront or submitting an order, the customer agrees to these terms and the policies linked from the storefront. A customer must provide accurate information and be legally capable of entering the transaction.
Orders
Submitting checkout details begins an order request. An order is confirmed only after the payment is verified and a confirmation is issued.
Product information
Solittari aims to present accurate product names, photographs, descriptions, included components, prices and availability. Display settings, lighting and scale may affect how colours, finish and proportions appear. Contact Solittari with any questions about a piece’s materials.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Kuwaiti dinars with three decimal places. Standard delivery within Kuwait is currently complimentary. Payment is completed through Tap’s hosted service and remains subject to successful verification.
Availability and corrections
Products are subject to availability. Solittari may correct an obvious error before confirming an order. If a payment is received for an item that cannot be supplied, Solittari will contact the customer and provide the appropriate refund or other lawful resolution.
Cancellation
A customer may request cancellation before dispatch. Cancellation is not complete until confirmed by Solittari. After dispatch, the Returns, Exchanges and Complaints policy applies.
Delivery
Delivery is available within Kuwait and is governed by the Shipping and Delivery policy. The customer is responsible for providing a complete address and reachable Kuwait mobile number and for cooperating with reasonable delivery coordination.
Returns, exchanges and complaints
Returns, exchanges, refunds and complaints are handled under the Returns, Exchanges and Complaints policy. Nothing in these terms reduces a mandatory consumer right or remedy.
Intellectual property
The Solittari name, branding, photographs, product copy, design and storefront content may not be copied, republished, sold or commercially exploited without permission, except where applicable law allows.
Acceptable use
The storefront may not be misused, disrupted, probed for unauthorised access, used to submit false or harmful information, or used in a way that infringes another person’s rights or applicable law.
Responsibility and mandatory rights
Solittari is not responsible for loss caused solely by inaccurate customer information, misuse of a piece, unauthorised use of the storefront or events outside its reasonable control. This does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Customers are encouraged to contact Solittari first so a concern can be reviewed, without limiting any right to contact the competent consumer-protection authority or courts.
