Shipping and delivery
Delivery is free throughout Kuwait.
Delivery timing
In-stock orders usually arrive within a few days after payment is confirmed. Preorders follow the estimated dispatch window shown on the product page.
Delivery coordination
We contact you using the mobile number provided to coordinate delivery and let you know about material delays. Delivery time depends on order readiness, the destination and successful coordination.
Accurate contact and address details
The customer is responsible for providing a complete delivery address in Kuwait and a reachable mobile number. Contact the concierge promptly if any details need correcting. Changes may not be possible after the order is dispatched.
Unsuccessful or delayed delivery
Events outside Solittari’s reasonable control may affect delivery. If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or the details are inaccurate, Solittari will contact the customer to agree the next available step.
Order changes and cancellation
The customer may ask to change or cancel an order before dispatch. Whether a change is possible depends on the payment and fulfilment status. After dispatch, the Returns and Exchanges policy applies.
