Shipping and delivery
Delivery is free across Kuwait. Delivery times are as follows:
Same-day delivery
Orders placed from 12:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m. are delivered the same day.
Next-day delivery
Orders placed after 6:00 p.m. are delivered the next day.
Delivery coordination
After payment is confirmed, Solittari or its delivery provider may contact the customer using the mobile number provided to arrange delivery. Delivery time depends on order readiness, the destination and successful coordination with the customer.
Accurate contact and address details
The customer is responsible for providing a complete delivery address in Kuwait and a reachable mobile number. Contact the concierge promptly if any details need correcting. Changes may not be possible after the order is dispatched.
Unsuccessful or delayed delivery
Events outside Solittari’s reasonable control may affect delivery. If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or the details are inaccurate, Solittari will contact the customer to agree the next available step. Any additional delivery cost requested by the customer will be disclosed in advance.
Order changes and cancellation
The customer may ask to change or cancel an order before dispatch. Whether a change is possible depends on the payment and fulfilment status. After dispatch, the Returns and Exchanges policy applies.
