Follow these guidelines to care for your accessories. Refer to the product page for any instructions specific to your piece.
Storage
Store each piece separately in its presentation box or a clean, dry, soft-lined place to reduce rubbing, tangling and pressure on settings and fastenings.
Everyday handling
Handle pieces with clean, dry hands. Put jewellery on after applying fragrance, cosmetics and hair products, and remove it before changing clothes or carrying out activities that may pull or strike it.
Avoiding exposure
Keep jewellery away from water, humidity, fragrance, cosmetics, household chemicals, heat, abrasive surfaces and forceful contact. Remove pieces before bathing, swimming, exercise and sleep.
Light cleaning
After wear, gently wipe the piece with a clean, soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners, polishing compounds, brushes or ultrasonic cleaning unless Solittari confirms that they are suitable for that specific piece.
Settings and moving parts
Check clasps, links and stone settings gently before wear. Stop wearing the piece and contact the concierge if any component feels loose, catches unexpectedly or appears damaged.
Repairs and alterations
Contact Solittari before arranging specialist cleaning, repair or alteration. Work performed by an unauthorised third party may affect the condition assessment of a later request, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
