Privacy policy
This policy explains how Solittari handles information used for the storefront, waitlist, orders, delivery and customer assistance.
Information we collect
We may collect a waitlist email address and language preference; checkout name, email, Kuwait mobile number, delivery address and order notes; order and fulfilment records; safe payment references and statuses; customer communications; and limited technical information needed for security and reliable service.
How information is used
Information is used to operate and secure the storefront, manage the waitlist, process and fulfil orders, coordinate delivery, verify payments, provide support, handle returns and complaints, prevent abuse, maintain business records and comply with applicable obligations.
Payments
Payment is completed through Tap’s hosted service. Solittari receives and stores transaction references, amounts and payment statuses needed to administer an order, but does not collect or store the customer’s full card details.
Service providers and disclosure
Information may be shared only as needed with providers that support hosting and security, payment processing, delivery, email and customer support, and with professional advisers or competent authorities where lawfully required. These providers may process information in other countries under their own legal and security obligations.
Cookies and similar storage
The storefront uses essential cookies or similar storage for functions such as the shopping bag, language choice, payment continuity, security and protected administration. Solittari does not currently use advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies on the storefront.
Retention
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including order fulfilment, customer support, security, accounting, dispute handling and applicable record-keeping obligations. Retention periods may differ by record type.
Security
Solittari applies reasonable technical and organisational controls intended to protect information, including restricted administrative access and secure hosted payment. No online service can promise absolute security.
Customer questions and requests
A customer may ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information, subject to identity verification and any lawful requirement to retain records. A request will not affect information that Solittari must keep or process for an ongoing order, dispute, security matter or legal obligation.
